But the one thing that bothers me the most is how isolated I feel. My friends and family think I'm a looney toon. My brother calls me Sarah Connor.. which to me is a compliment, except I know he means it in a derogatory way. I guess I'm feeling it right now because it feels so close now, like a tipping point has been reached.

Anyone else feel like this?

How do I find my tribe?

We're scattered.

Hi folks. Cloth diapers are one of the very best things you can have on hand for an emergency or a collapse, whether you're pregnant or a new mom, an auntie or uncle, a grandparent, or a neighbour. They can make a world of difference for a baby and a family. They can be used over and over again, they cost so much less than disposable, they are so much better for a baby's skin, they are so easy to use and take care of, and they are great for landfill. Here's a link to a video I did on them :) Prepper Nurse

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRK6RcQULCM&list=UUcXgySSIBw4CBdJfT8PAbMQ

Yesterday was a sad day. Another famous person who has contributed so much to so many, including troops, has committed suicide. None of us are powerful enough to stop someone from committing suicide. If someone really wants to do it, they'll find a way. There are those for whom this life is at times too painful to bear. If we can help them to stay in the game, holding on to the hope of better days, then that's a huge success. Those who are suicidal and those supporting them deserve the very best of help. If they do choose to exist this life, then those left behind deserve our greatest sympathy and support.

If you like Youtube videos, here's a link to one on suicide that I posted last night :) Prepper Nurse

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrC3CxRaHQ8&list=UUcXgySSIBw4CBdJfT8PAbMQ

Hi folks! Breastfeeding is the ultimate prepper tool. For those moms who can breastfeed, babies should be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months, and even if the mom isn't drinking or eating as much as she normally does, she will still produce enough milk (the latest good news research ) It's always at the right temp, it doesn't require lugging equipment and it's not a prep you'll ever forget to bring with you.

Breastfeeding isn't always a snap though. Some babies get it right away, others take time. La Leche League is an excellent source of support and practical, hands on information however, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, other new moms etc can be a powerful support for breastfeeding women.

Love to hear your thoughts!

If you like youtube videos, feel free to pop by and share this with anyone planning a pregnancy, pregnant women or new moms you know.
