Wow, those seeds were a heck of a good deal I can't ever remember seeing seeds at anywhere near that price. I don't know what the stores do with their seeds at the end of the season, but I have never seen them deep discount them. We went into a hardware store in nearby local town and they had shopping carts filled with seed packets. They were selling them at 10 for a buck. Picked through them and got about 150 packets of seeds, all of various types and some of the packets were marked at over $5 each. So super good deal. Daughter in law works at a grocery store in another town and they put out all their seed packets for staff to take, no one took them after a few days, so she took them all and has divided them between members of the family.
