I don't know much about essential oils - sounds interesting. The book basically says you can use just two essential oils to take the place of many OTC drugs and creams. Portable, cheaper and less weight for the BOB.
BEWARE: Nowhere in this article can I find any reference to ANY professional or educational qualification. The vast majority of the opinion in the article is based on her personal experience alone. There is no corroberating and independant research to verify any claims made. Take it all with a grain of salt... so the speak...
I did some more research on the brand she uses. It's like a multilevel marketing thing which always turns me off. I'm still going to look into it but I HATE MLM!!!

One oil we have found very good is Lawang Oil, it stinks to high heaven, but by heck does it help with pain relief.
Worth always keeping this stuff around 🙂

If your home library contains more volumes about survival-related topics than your local public library, you might be a prepper.
