Everyone has shared good information and inspiring progress. I am more than halfway through the year and have really accomplished little progress with getting fitter and weight loss as I have not applied the discipline to stick to it. I haven't developed any health deterents being overweight but I am slower and get less done than 10 years ago . I am setting a goal this week to cycle 15 minutes every day and lose 2 lbs through better choices and more movement. It is less overwhelming to look at this as one week and an attainable goal to build on. I would have to say my other goal of being more organized has also not been realized and being halfway through the year I am looking hard at it and acknowledging I have not worked at it .
