what would you guys consider the best of these 3 radio options for a Bug out or Bug in scenario??

Midland XT511 Base Camp Emergency Radio - Silver @ $ 94.99

C. Crane Solar Observer Radio @ $ 59.99

C.Crane CC Radio 2 @ $ 149.99

I know last I read a couple years back the C Crane observer radio was popular with preppers.
