New to the site thought I might check it out. Not new to being ready (prepping) think I will hang a hat here. Living on the rock (Vancouver Island)

Welcome, I too am from Vancouver Island. This is a great site and you should get lots of info here. The other cool thing is that there is the occasional meetup on the island (which I have not been able to attend yet).
