This isn’t some far fetched conspiracy theory. We’ve seen it happen over and over. What would the targets be? Banks. Those that are serious about disrupting the western world always go for the finances. One needs look no further than the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. They went for the financial throat. Banks, financial institutions, the stock markets are all prime targets for digital warfare.
