Today, we are remembering the terrible disaster that hit the southern part of our province. To many, this was a proverbial "SHTF" situation. As people spent the last year cleaning up and getting their lives back in order in many communities, I was wondering if anyone has made changes to their prep or perhaps how this event has changed their beliefs regarding prepping.
More water preps for us too. I also took a hard look at our "bug out" gear.

It what ways if I can ask?
Me to for bug out bags found we didn't have right stuff for shelters and catching food and warmth
Preparedness is like a condom , I've rather have it and not need it, rather than need it and not have it

We had everything in every part of our house. Now I've organized everything so that we can collect our things and be out of the house in 15min. I also never considered putting a change of clothes for work in there. We have everything we need for at least two weeks.
Upgraded on almost everything from bug out bags, communication, and personal gear
