I have ordered a few times from them but their service is extremely slow. My first order came in 6 weeks after ordering. Thinking this was just a bad luck event, I've tried ordering again a couple of months ago and it took over a month to get my stuff. Prices are good, but you have to be patient from my experience.

BTW, I have a Norincon 1911 (NP29) and it works quite well for the price. Too bad I had to sell it; new owner picking it up this evening, I'm sure she's going to love it.

Wow a month that a long time does it take LNG for them to charge your card to or is that at least quick like my sex life

Charge right away, then take a long time, hope this isn't like your sex life....

Then again, his is just my experience, others may have had better luck and maybe my 3rd time would be a "charm", but I'll likely never know. On the plus side, their combo deals (guns and ammo) seem really good.

The delays are often caused by the RCMP Chief Firearms Officer who has to approve the sale of restricted firearms. I have had good luck with them on several orders.

That's good to know so I guess I pick up at the post office and bring my lock box and trigger lock plus a lock for my case or do they check it

Actually, both times it was for ammo that was listed as in stock...

I think you can bring the box home as is, I wouldn't start pulling out a pistol at the post office to put a lock on it.

No that would not be smart but I'm sure everyone would hear about it on the news that night but I was thinking doing it in the parking lot before coming home

Definitely don't open the box until you get home and you are okay. If you did open it, you would have to request a point to point authorization to transport (takes time). It is a stupid law but that is the way it is. Plus you don't want anyone knowing that you have it, if is at all avoidable. The end of the world combo is a good deal. The ammo will come through CANPAR and the rest through Canada Post. But I say again...DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE UNTIL YOU GET HOME.

I was looking at the end of the world combo

I stumbled across this today: http://www.marstar.ca/dynamic/product.jsp?productid=75213 , not the combo, and I don't know what shipping would be, but $530 for the CQ 5.56 M4 (C8) is pretty damn good!

That use to be the case, but their manufacturing has improved. They are now considered quite reliable.. The finish isn't as good as north american manufactures, but thats cosmetic.
