It may be big enough to see with a backyard telescope but it poses no danger.
It's not the Astroid to be concerned about, it may be it's companions that cause problem's........If it has some.......

traveller, that is what I have been thinking as well. Perhaps there have already been some pre amble bits hitting as there are lots of reports for this past week.
