Been a while since I started my own post on this subject and I'm finally getting around to posting here Knuckle.lol

At first I was thinking about the scenario playing out like the depression, if the U.S. dollar collapsed but now I'm thinking that Russia, China and the U.S. are declaring financial war on each other as we speak and what may follow will be all out war.
The Chinese and the Russians started selling off U.S treasury bonds to beat the ban (before Russia attacked the Ukraine). They knew economic sanctions would be coming down the pipe.
The U.S. bought up their own debt to prevent economic collapse.(although no own can prove they bought up their own debt).
The U.S. imposed economic sanctions after Russia attacked Ukraine.
China has bailed out Russia's credit card industry since Visa and MasterCard accounts were frozen.
The U.S. and the Saudi's are in collusion to squeeze Russia by dropping oil to below 40.00 a barrel.
China is going to bail Russia out to save their economy from collapse.
Russia is posturing to invade Kiev.
Ukraine joins NATO. (applies to join)
The U.S. sends huge amounts of military equipment to the Ukraine.

What's next? Tit for tat can only go on for so long until someone becomes the looser.
China and Russia will not back down.
War is the best distraction technique.

The 72,000 sq ft bunkers are being built. The tunnel network for the underground cities are in place. Like Noah's Ark sort of, although I don't know how they plan on keeping the water out, being underground!

Well I can't vouch for the underground stuff but I'm betting that eventually Russia is gonna push back and then war will happen. I always wonder what is occurring as this media blackout can hide lots of provocation. You can see the US is building up forces along Ukraine's north now to ensure Russia knows the trap is closing. NATO continues to demand Russia to return Crimea and yet we know that action won't stop this push towards Russia's doorstep. Meanwhile the continued killing of civilians in east Ukraine is constant reminder that the rest of the world won't protest that which we can simply deny is occurring.

The weakening of the Ruble is the only reason the the US dollar hasn't collapsed as yet. This trick may not last much longer, but its has worked to this point so far. Winter is an obstacle that many didn't want to tip the favor to Russia and there isn't much time left before they can start the game again. I think Russia is hoping the cracks will soon start appearing to show the unreliability of the US currency is close to it's last death throws.

The problem after the crash is where you put your allegiance.

Barter is good, however plunder will likely occur.

Always observe what group has the best mix between armaments and civil order.
Nice guns, low civil order--> anarchy
Low guns, high civvie --> idealistic but try to talk based on humanity and peace alone ain't gonna stop external parties to raid them for supplies.
And during chaos better careful to youth with guns, many didn't know the meaning of responsibility and likely still trigger happy.
I would prefer to band with millies (military) or ex-millies during chaos for tactical advantage and team up with craftmans and pipl with life skills. However ain't gonna hang around spoiled brat. 😀 Also not keen on banding with mil-wannabes, gives me the goosebumps.

This is a hypothetical situation:
People loves to be neutral which also means, don't want to get involved in something that gives unclear benefits. However will you rely on faraway central govt's after a great crash, or will you band to some group in your area. The extreme example is will you join a group of rebel when they come to your house ask you to join in or will you firmly reject and stated that you are loyal to the principles of something then start singing some songs about loyalty... Well sometimes if not joining up, they'll just shoot you.

Always tune the rad/tv for:
- Keep calm,
- Everything is under control,
- We will protect you,
- The use of complicated words: We will cordon the provincial bridge and reroute traffic to accommodate bla bla (why they don't just say we block the exits so you can't get away)
etc.

And be aware to statements such as:
- To maintain order we will need to disarm the population.
- To maintain unity we would like everyone to voluntarily relinquish their food & fuel supplies to a local collection depot.

Especially when there are accusations:
- We will confiscate items from uncooperative citizens.
- Because of the suspicion for collaborating with enemy, the following name will be stripped off from their rights,estates, accounts, etc.
Public announcements to brainwash the audience. The worst is when there are summary executions.

There are also possibility of political show when to dissolve civil unrest is to get scapegoats for some problems, if this case is economic: This is again only hypothetical, what do you feel if during a great recession in front of a hungry mob (not just angry mob) some rich people were sent to the gallows in the accusation of corruption, sucking dry the population etc. What will the masses do?
Will they be sick? Some may be protesting, but the rest I'm not sure.
I guess they will cheer, forgetting their hunger, blaming the poor fellow in the gallows, and then go home deceivingly satisfied. May take a few days before they realized they have been tricked. But to some maybe the feeded lies is an acceptable truth so they go on living as usual.

I'm not saying to go against govt, because govt is a good thing. The bad thing is when you put (by yourself) bad people to lead, or the top leader in the office maybe a good person but appoint bad people to key positions, and being fed with lies saying that everything is fine, people are happy. When a leader is showing empathy to the people and their sufferings usually as simple as visiting various regions, people usually stayed unite. But when a leader started to blaming people, stayed comfy in a palace live with luxury where the rest population is starving, there will be resistance.

Well the city is definitely not the place to be, rural and preferably total Bug-Out is the only way to survive.
I even decided to leave the so-called Western civilised world and went to SE Asia where guns are alowed, every store has its own armed security guard and very little crime happens here, but even then we moved to the hills, got a mountain retreat and are building our Bug-Out place in the mountain, literally inside the mountain in a Cave-Home apartment, with fresh springwater. At least here I can defend my family, stock my supplies and am safe knowing I am away from hungry city idiots??
