Just note though that tetracycline is one of the very few drugs I'm aware as being possibly toxic beyond expiry date. This is allegedly based on an old study, so maybe newer research has proven that wrong, but something to consider nonetheless if buying for long term, just-in-case storage.

The article is in response to shelf lives of pharmaceuticals and research done by the American Military and FDA. Newer studies say Tetracycline doesnt become toxic... But I like Helicopilot's caution and err on safety. Anything stored should be checked, double checked....
