Hadden't heard that before. I suffered with migraines all my life. The trick was figuring out what triggered them as well as dealing with them. For me, wheat (not gluten) and store bought eggs. Not sure why the wheat has that affect on me but store eggs have penicillin in them (feed to chickens in mass production farms as a preventive measure). The only cure I found was a cool, quiet, dark room and sleep. I still get them occasionally, but not at the rate I used to, 1-2 a week.
