There are many things that suppress our immune system leading to illness. Our bodies need to remain in good condition to enable us to do the things we need to do and to cope with the everyday stresses of modern life. The tips in the link below may help:

you got that right, If i don't get a walk in every day, i turn into a cantankerous bitch. The body makes the chemical the body need when working out, walking, gardening, sex, exerciser is exercise right.

I get so pissed when doctors hand out antidepressant pills like candies , when most people just need to get up and get going.

I've always said getting your hands in the dirt is good for the soul but it turns out there's some bacteria there that is as effective for depression as the pharmaceuticals.
