Planning has already started being mulled over for the Eastern Ottawa and area gathering for 2019. I am sending out feelers for folks that might like to present at the event? Send me a PM if you are interested or comment here and I will be in touch.
Let me know what you might like to talk or show/do, How much time you need.. There will be morning or afternoon time slots available, The shortest time available is 30 min, the longest.. well if you are game, I guess the longest would be two hours as I do want at least three to five different talks ideally.
We will be using the normal single day timing, it will be taking place in the Limoge Area (with some flexablity but in the general area) this places the gathering between Ottawa and Montreal pretty much evenly for those coming from both directions.
So for those that are new to the board, the rough outline will be this.
8am Coffee- Meet and visit
9am-Seminar
10- Seminar
11- Short seminar
11:30 to 12:30 Lunch (pot luck, bring your own etc)
12:30 -1 short Seminar
1-2- Seminar
2-3 Seminar
3 to 4- Seminar or ?? we will see on this one..
4 to 5, shut down/clean up etc.

Great idea to begin planning now. Any idea which month you have in mind? I like the Larose Forest site.

Hi Prepher, I am not sure on the date yet, I am talking with a few folks that are interested in doing the talks, we are maybe looking at late aug or late sept or early oct at the moment. We are still looking at sites. we are looking giving the eye hard at a small hall close to the larose forest site.
