Since my feathered ladies are pumping out more eggs than we can eat or sell right now, I decided to dehydrate about 150 of em.
Lightly scrambled, load into dehydrator for eight hours then run through a food processor and turn them into a powder. I will then let them cool before putting them into canning sealers.
Should store for years.....
