hey down here in medicine hat alberta trying to get in contact with localbread or any one else in the area.
trying to figure out this forum thing is a little challenging ...
looking for like minded families or people to bounce ideas around etc.

I'm in the Hat too. I have been stocking food for years but not to prepare just to survive between paydays. LOL! I am still just learning and would love to hear about others experiences and ideas.
