I have watched this guy before. It is hard to fault his logic. Practice does make perfect.

Good video....yes they use muscle memory when teaching music, so how much more important with defence.

just spent the last 4 hours watching this guy lol. thanks for the link! he has some good stuff. tends to ramble a bit, but gets his point across. especially in the above video
