I have purchased this book from amazon. It is an excellent dehydrating book.

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Dehydrating Foods , written in 2013
http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/1615642269/ref=cm_cr_asin_lnk

I first bought the Mary Bells Complete Dehydrator book and was very disappointed.
It was a a complete waste of money.
