On 35 acres near a small town of Nipissing Ontario I have room for others to rent land.
It is unincorporated land so I can have tiny houses or camping etc...
My house is 500 sq ft not off grid but trying , close.
I have 2 greenhouses that need to be assembled , one can be heated.
There are some shed out buildings that are half finished for sleeping quarters. Artesian well with running water 24/7 , lots of hunting from huge ponds and marshes.
Me and my dog Benji would love to meet some others to rent to and start a homestead. It's all here I just need the right people.
