Ok i have a LOT to say about this but im at work so ill reply in a couple hours. i just wanted to say quickly it was not my intention for this post to go the way it did. i dont think i have, but IF ive offended anyone plz let me know and accept my apologies. i dnt agree with everyones opinion, but i do respect or at least try to. Again, wasnt my intention to cause tension on this forum. Sorry.

Absolutely not, this kind of thing unfortunately happens all the time and needs to be discussed...although in a calm and adult manner. There is no fault to you. Like JAB said...some people just aren't able to play with the grown ups.

But on a positive note, at least when these conversations do happen its easy to spot the real troublemakers and are able to weed them out.

Probably a good reminder to us all. There is a reason why we use the term prepper...and may someday have to leave it behind. The term was developed to separate ourselves from the rather unpleasant associations that became known as Survivalists. Its totally semantics, of course, and even those picking a fight use the new name as there own. Its a good reminder to be carefull what you focus on. We need to be honest and remember that many old survivalist had connections to the Klan and Survivalism is directly responsible for the development of the arian nations. I bring up this little history lesson just to remind people that we associate in a world of paranoid people addicted to hate and war. You may have noticed that I often poke fun of all the macho man stuff. This is why. I am , personally , not a person that you would want mad at you...But somewhere along the way I learned that THAT is not all that helpfull to real survival. A little introspection is a good thing

In any group there are extremists. Then there are the rest of us.

It is usually the parrot poop on the shoulder that gives them away. 😆
