Osama bin Laden was killed during a raid carried out by US forces in Abbottabad, Pakistan. During the firefight, bin Laden was reportedly shot in the head. US forces took custody of the body and have confirmed it's identity using DNA testing. Many , although rejoicing in the accomplishment, fear increased terror attacks in retaliation. I don't know, Denob, but something about this doesn't feel right. Like why distroy his body before announcing it to the world? I just feel squirmy about it eventhough I saw the headline on the front page of the supposedly respectible globe and mail.

Hope for tomorrow; Learn from yesterday; Live for today.

There is a strong smell of fish about this whole story. It didn't sound like the compound was overly manned by armed security/taliban( what was the total number of casualties). And you're telling me that highly trained SEAL's had to shoot him in the head twice.Don't you think the rest of the world would what to see his face and identify him. Then they bury him at sea,for no one to see!
