Greetings.
Just joined the community and am wondering if anyone has first hand working knowledge of Gasification systems?
Found a decent article in Mother Earth News which presented Wayne Keith and his numerous trucks powered by Wood Gas.
Very interested in finding out how to set a system up, seems to me that it could be adapted to many different scenarios.
I thank anyone for information.

I hate to say it but FEMA has a large PDF FREE download on how to build a Gasifier, along with all the calculations on wood burntimes, moisture and wood gas content.

Thank You, Ranger2012 has forwarded me links to the information. I have been reading some of the forums for prepping and although I haven't been consciously "getting ready" I find that i do have alot of the things due to my love of the outdoors. Now I just have to learn some more on good old fashion canning and storing of food without the use of freezing. 🙂
