From an ad for a 2013 seminar held in Toronto
Specifically, students will learn the art and science of the 2-point method, Time Travel techniques and Parallel Universe Theory in application.
Seems legit

Biography:

Dr. Richard Bartlett is both a chiropractor as well as a doctor of Naturopathic medicine. In the early 1990's, Dr. Bartlett developed a revolutionary new technique, Master Energy Dynamics, which used functional principles of biochemistry, physiology, and anatomy to effect real time changes in people's stress responses. He found that chronic disease is a product of a lifelong mal-adaptation to physiological, biochemical, and emotional stressors. This entirely new paradigm utilizes the principles and science of Subtle Energy, and Quantum physics, coupled with the incredible power of active imagination and focused intent to produce physical verifiable effects that often defy rational explanation. Miracles happen every day; Matrix Energetics provides a technology and scientific framework to allow for their every day occurrence. Very trustworthy science words used.

Lots of books and seminars being peddled. Silver bullet indeed.

Scrounger, I am not sure that is the same guy. In fact looking at his picture I would say not the same guy.

My wife gave me a pin when we started dating, “worlds Greatest SOB”. Obviously a little taken back. She then laughed and said, “short of breath”. Great lady and love of my life.

As a bad asthmatic I know how meds can quickly relieve pressure.

I can see some asthma meds helping open up the the air flow on a normal person and once opened up and less stress Is on the lung area, I can see the possibility of the person not only feeling better but due to lungs being more open, it may give some of the other meds a chance to grab and work?

No doctor and not defending buddy but I truly do see it possibly helping. People are given sleeping pills, pain relief... to help the patient rest and permit other drugs to work, so why not with this. It’s a steroid so again, some anti inflammatory benefits.

I may not trust the guy with a dead cat but I am willing to listen
