I have finally started to make good loaves with my home ground grain. Mainly using red fife wheat but starting to mix in some Spelt.

Is anyone buying SOFT WHITE wheat berries anywhere or online in Canada ?
I am unable to handle the bran these days as I've aged and it kill me as I have IBS
So I want to try irish soda bread and other pan breads baked in cast iron to start
practicing to make bread in a dutch oven and frypans. Using soda or
both soda baking powder.
I'm also wondering what I can grind besides RICE to make flour for a person
that is gluten allergic ?
I have ordered a grain mill and it will be arriving soon, so I need to find some berries.
