I plan on making ketchup this year but all the recipes that I have call for cider vinegar which I really don't like.
Has anyone made ketchup with the cider vinegar & could you taste it?
Any recipe with cider vinegar could be converted with no changes to use regular vinegar - even for canning which I assume is what you want to do. 😉
