This is from my you tube channel and shows the system I use at my home...it is from Teresa Fosters you tube videos of this system she created of My Whole Foods Kitchen and her website is 3DHealthnet.com This system is really quite something! I purchased the cookbook/labels for containers for about $100 (she lives in Utah) and I use foods I dehydrated myself or purchased from Thrive Foods.I recommend watching all her videos about this system as it really shows why this system is so good!
