My daughter planted 1 green bean plant we know it wont give enough for a meal. what were wandering is can we just let them dry out so they can be replanted next year.

"yes, you can let it flower, grow its beans, let them dry and then shell them an use them next year for planting.. You will want to keep the best beans that the plant produced.
