Best I can do is to pay for it at Canadian Tire with CT money...then it's virtually free. There have been garden seasons where I only had to lay down cash for plants/seeds.

since you need the farm licence, does that mean the kind you are looking for goes boom?

my friend told me for organic hydroponic, use fish and seaweed liquid mix in the water, good for eb and flow systems. Get the non-smell fish kind.

not ebb and flow, drip fed....

and no Oldschool.....it does not go boom. i think you need a farm licence because some fertilizers are classed as dangerous substances....(i may be wrong)

Depending on what you want to use, some things are now banned for town, city use but are still allowed for farmers, and so there are things you can buy only if you have your farm number..

High nitrate fertilizers are controlled, mainly because when they are mixed with diesel they make a slurry explosive. I have trained with this stuff in the military and it is a slow earth moving explosive.
