Well between almost 3 months of drought and scorching heat and then the biggest floods since 1968 to say the garden suffered a little would be an understatement.

So what did well under these conditions...chilli's, heaps and heaps of chilli's 😆

A lot of them did rot when the rain came but there was still plenty left and still more yet to ripen up.
The dehydrator has been busy and many are now semi dried and covered in olive oil...the oil is now starting to take on a nice bite 😀
Don't know that I will bother growing any next years as we've got plenty to last at least two years or more.

Hope you northern'ers have a better season than us southern'ers had this year 😉

Congrats on making the best of a tough situation. Those should help keep you warm as the weather turns cooler for you. 😉

If life hands you lemons, be sure you have a battery backed up juicer to make some good ol' fashioned lemonade! 😉
