When you don't want to have to whiz into a bottle whilst sitting in a tree stand because you needed your morning caffeine fix. A few tablespoons of crunchy goodness will hit the spot.

1) garden and green house all planted. Mostly “old faithfuls” but with a few additions this year: leeks and Brussels sprouts.
2) added 4 more apple trees (BTW, they are $39 at Costco!)
3) bought a new vehicle (4Runner)
4) making arrangements with an acquaintance to get some bee hives on our property

Gardens are all planted and coming up nicely.
Installed a clothesline
Purchased a booster pack for the truck

Lots of dry goods...sugar, bread crumbs, pasta...
Laundry and dishsoap
Tupperware (yes, real Tupperware) canisters for consumables. Laugh all you want, but I have yet to have a mouse attack anything in a Tupperware canister or container.
Untold quantities of canned goods.
