After moving to Muskoka 15 years ago finally we can survive complitly of the land.we cook and heat only with wood,we preserve enough for our own use.We have own supply of meat and meat products by rising some animals and huntting.
that is my preperness and I would liketo get in tough with people of the same interest in Muskoka area.

lot of people do not believe thinks will happen. trust me i travel (working) around the world and i were born and raised by communist system.the way we are going -hate,greed,morality,dependance on government cannot continue.people think they have to have everything to be happy. all you really need loving family, friends you can trust,enough food not to be hungry and roof over your head.you do not ask god for stuff just listen to him and follow.

I like to watch this movie. Independence Day is the sort of film that's best appreciated on a big screen. It does posses a cheerful naivety in the face of world politics. This film is one of the best of the decade, not simply because it works so well in all over scheme. I enjoyed this movie.

congrats...you are where I wanna be. I just started out in the new house, so I am a few years away yet, but you do inspire me.
I would imagine that you keep most of your meat on the hoof until needed, but how are you storing up the larger animals?
Also, I would love to know what you are raising and hunting, and how much...just so I can get an idea for myself.
