international no caps. i had heard that too. i wonder who was behind it though? an internet provider, government agency, blogger? it is a sad commentary on society when were question something as innocuous as international no caps but as preppers we must always look for the who that is behind events.
i have to add: not using a capital letter at the start of a sentence is just plain wrong!

i noticed that you were a naughty boy and used a capital t in the word "that". doesn't that defeat the intent of no caps day?
it is harder to not do caps than one would think it is!!!
