I read 160 miles in the last six months. Almost a mile a day.

The magnetic pole I hope. 😯

Do you have a reference for that as it would represent an exponential increase in the movement of the magnetic pole. It was up around 40 Km a year. I would also be interested to know if there has been any increase in the rate that the field has been diminishing.

Thanks for the link. I am always a little leary of YouTube videos, it depends on the source. I am still looking for of a definitive source of information. One person using a compass in his back yard to calculate a position on the Earth half a world away without any triangulation would seem to be pushing it to say the least.

He did make some good observations. What he says about climate change is very true. Also he notes that almost everyone takes things like the North Pole and the setting sun for granted and never pays attention to detail. The position of the setting sun is of great interest to me. Last year there were verified reports with supporting data about changes in sunrise and sunset. I have not seen anything this year though.

If anyone has any links please post them as this is a fascinating topic.
