I came up with an idea for a "prepper" pin for the Huntsville meet. I don't know if they will be doing it or not. Would rather not say what it is incase they decided it was a dumb idea 😆

I think there is some form of right I could use to limit the misuse of my idea

Sorry naka but this is not exactly unique intellectual property, I have seen it brought up on public prepper forums before and there was a resulting icon created and publically published . Since someone else had the idea and wrote about it publically before you and followed through creating an icon they published on the internet , they could in fact argue you are not respecting their rights and misusing their idea .

I kinda like this idea for a pin, badge and/or sticker. I don't like the colour, maybe black and yellow 🙂 ne ways, with that said I like what this guy has to say is the reasoning and belief behind this item. Not sure if the one selling it, is the one making it. But I love the simplicity of it and that non preppers will easy over look it and just not understand exactly what they just seen. keeping us all safer then tattooing preppers all over ourselves so they can easily attack and our supplies and/or gear raided in rough times, or from people looking for trouble. It's always good to remain stealthy. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Prepper-Patch-Badge-Multicam-Survival-/310486456611 he also goes on to say it is public property and to do whatever we choose to do with it. add to it, change colour, make copies, make new items ect.

Never underestimate the power of free! If someone has deemed something valueless, yet U see value in it; Then you've already made a profit and savings!

That is actually a nice clean tasteful design, subtle yet easily recognizable . If you don't buy the patches it looks easy enough to hand embroider onto a few items too. Being public property though that may sort of leave it open that if people did start using it a lot, someone could still go ahead and copyright it as naka said and abuse the idea which is public domain ? Good grief we are even losing our genetics of plants from being public domain , sovereignty really needs to be protected by mass defiance or in this case the masses making it their own and using it .

Damn, if it don't look a lot like the design that I am trying to promote. 👿

Also might defeat the idea of 'operational security' if you wear it around your neighbourhood.
