Around my area, there are regular shoe drives run by the Salvation Army or other charities for the less fortunate. Ask around, and I'm sure there's a homeless shelter who will take them if they're in not too bad condition. If nothing local, Donate Your Old Shoes! http://donateyouroldshoes.org/
