I have just bought a new grain mill. The Country Living grain mill.
What a let down. There is no manual , no instructions, only a warranty card
and I never even got a receipt for my purchase online.
Everyone says it is a great mill, but things like no instruction manual for usage or
adjusting guidelines or hints or tips , or geesh .. even assembly instructions are extremely poor .
Buyer BEWARE on this . I am looking to see if you have to buy the assembly and manual separately.
Ridiculous.
As another note, I hate receiving shoddy workmanship or issues where things are missing.
It happens all too often these days.
Something not right here. Mine came with instructions and I think they even sent a sample of the ground flour after they adjusted the blades.
I'm pretty sure they'll make it right if you contact them.
Yeah, where did you order from (as a warning to others)?
That sounds like somebody not making it clear it's used or remanf'd or something, especially without shipping/order confirmation.
For sure contact them.
