Lookin' for the fringe, I thought something was started for conspiracy theorists, religious zealots, and others of an alternate stripe to freely express their way out opinions without embarassing more normal minded folks too badly. Which way to it?

I think what you want to do is hit the "user control panel" tab top left.
Then the usergroup tab and subscribe to that group.
