Does anyone know what if any laws surround the use of slingshots in Ontario? Obviously you can't just shoot one off in an urban area or public parks. But what about in the wilderness, away from roads, near the river, in conservation areas, and provincial and national parks? I would like to take my girls out for target practice, but don't know what the laws are.

Projectiles over 495 fps is the threshold for regulation. I found nothing at all on slingshots beyond arrests for vandalism.
