This is a fantastic skill to have in a society, everyone should take a First Aid/ CPR course. Just remember that in a disaster, however distasteful the thought, CPR is a waste of energy. CPR is a holding pattern until a defibrillator, Paramedics and a full hospital can fix things, CPR almost never brings someone back from "the dead"...

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail...

😮 It brought me back, 21 years ago I was caught by a strong wind while up a tall ladder, landed flat on my back. It drove the wind out of me and stopped my heart. The guy that saw me, said latter that I was dead, he did CPR on me and within two minutes my heart was active again and I was breathing. So dont go preaching that shit and call yourself a medic. 👿
