Hey there,
It's a seasonal thing, not around all the time.
But it just arrived at our Costco. Item 9112017 (Nice inside joke code number there) , on for 29.99.
Has everything from C splints to burn items, tick puller, shears, etc. Easily more than 30 bucks worth of stuff. Plus the bag.... Good for the truck, basics for the home, etc.

Check out their online selection. I work in a warehouse in Ontario and we get some nice deals in-house occasionally, but they actually have a bunch of prepper items available online, including freeze dried foods.
