Do you believe that mental health can possibly harm you physically, if not treated, which might even kill you on the long run?
YES
Absolutely, I work at a job that requires constant alertnes as well as physical fitness and for the last few years have been running large crews. this can wear you down very quickly assessing others for competence, fatigue,or stress, preplanning several jobs ahead.... the list goes on but there was no one to assess me but myself and when I woke up one morning(usual get up time is 400am)seen myself in the mirror I thought is it worth it? the answer is NO!!! Look after one another and have them watch you dont let pride or macho bs deny these things to yourself. It ain't worth it in the end you can't eat money.
When in doubt think it out...(you thought I was gonna say something else?)
Somehow this got by me yesterday and was posted it is yet another example of the emerging cleverness of spammers. This originated from West Bengal and its purpose was to advertise the three links at in the signature.
The Original post has been removed and the poster banned. The question though has prompted two replies so I will copy it below.
“Do you take care of your mental health as much as your physical health or would you simply start worrying only when something becomes life threatening (more in the physical sense, I suppose)? Do you believe that mental health can possibly harm you physically, if not treated, which might even kill you on the long run?”
Pretty clever spam eh!
