I'm gettin' my white topped weeds all mixed up. I know there's queen anne's lace, water hemlock, yarrow, wild parsnip... now giant hogweed. I'm less sure about identifying the useful and avoiding the toxic. I need to do more research, but in the meantime I thought I'd post this. http://www.cbsnews.com/2300-204_162-10008484-8.html

Saw some for the first time last Friday at Hahn Marsh. Giant sure is the right description. Is there any safe way to remove it?
