Hello. Alberta born and raised. Came to BC last year. I've been interested in prepping and outdoor survival for years, just never put anything into practice. Since the state of affairs on the world stage is becoming increasingly dire, I have decided to put into action and practice many things I have learned over the last 48 months. I grew up on a retired farm, and relished camping/hunting excursions. I have not done so in many years however, and have only camped twice in the last six years. I'm looking to change all that. I am willing to meet new people for extended treks/workshops etc. Doing is always better than reading anyway, especially when it comes to skills.
