Hi Folks
We live in Eastern Ontario. We grow & raise alot of the food we eat. We have 2 huge veggie gardens. Most of the veggies that we grow are open polleniated or heritage varieties so that we may save seed from year to year. 8 fruit trees. Grape vines. Raspberry patch & gooseberry bushes. We raise chickens for eggs & also for meat. We have also raised turkeys. We have our own maple bush from which we make maple syrup; done the old fashioned way with pails & spiggotts. Emptied by hand. We heat with wood. We are trying to downsize on our use of electronic gadgets didn't have many to start with. We enjoy our country living lifestyle.
