Welcome loneranger. Even though it may seem lonely at first, stick with it. There are some preppers in and around Edmonton. Most are just a little shy.

Hi Lone Ranger & Welcome! I am from the south of Alberta but we will perhaps meet if you attend one of our meetings...we are having one on Saturday in Beiseker where hyw 9 & 72 intersect at a campground in the SE corner...if the weather is bad there is a sheltered area.
