Hello all,
New to the concept of prepping. Had a friend explain it to me and show me a couple episodes of "Doomsday preppers". I was instantly hooked and loved the idea. I will be starting from scratch and with the help of the internet and this website hopefully getting better informed and better prepared.
Looking forward to reading some threads and getting more acquainted with the idea of prepping.

Maintain a positve state-of-mind and you will go far. Reading the posts on here is a great place to start. DO NOT be afraid to post questions, there are many experienced and knowledgeable persons on this Forum. Most are very willing to share their knowledge with you or course, if you ask an opinion question even more here ready to share their opinion, LOL.
This is an excellent Forum, like an onion it has many layers. The more you seek, the more you will find. Keep posting, that way folks will get to know you better.

I have been reading many posts and I love the website and the people so far. I will stay positive and ask questions, after all thats what forums are for. I have slowly started to get my significant other on the same page but it will take some time, she doesnt think like most uf us do. Until then il keep reading and learning!
