I was ordering some food stuff online yesterday and I came across "Powdered Butter". I thought what the heck lets give it a try. Has anyone had any experience with it? Any tricks?

I have been trying to a few packets of this, they comein the shakers and the tiny single serve packets, i found a place that has then but they are from the states. if anyone can find it in canada, ill certainly split a order,i dont want to order a whole shaker due to the possibility it might not be good, or it might not use it all ect.

I have been eating powdered peanut butter(P2B) for years from the health food store. It's nutrient packed, and lasts much longer. Can't wait to try powered butter.

I use powdered butter for baking or adding flavour to sauces and such. I really like it. You can even butter toast with it after adding a few drops of a water. Its not perfect but if you are camping out its a great substitute. However you cannot use it to fry anything.
I should clarify. You can use it in things like pancakes which are fried but you can't put it in a frying pan to melt like you do with real butter, margarine or oils.
