Just want to introduce myself and say hey its great to see so many like minded people in one place. My husband and I are just starting to get serious about prepping. We are both avid outdoors people. Our hobbies include hunting, fishing, target shooting, camping. Husband is an IT specialist, I work in O&G in Somewhere, Alberta.. (knock on wood)
We don't wear tin foil hats, and are not particularly spiritual, but are concerned about the future of society. Falling oil prices, corrupt governments, terrorist plots have all combined to make us think we better get ready now, for whatever may come. I believe social and economic collapse is a very real concern, and I want to be able to ensure my family's survival through such an event.
Or it could be zombies. 😈
Either way, I want to be ready.
