Good morning all, I have been reading lots of great info provided in this site. I will try and add a few ideas when I can.

A quick history about me, ex Navy Hull tech, currently a marine mechanic at a local marina. I'm new to the idea of organised prepping but I have been prepping ever since I put on my first uniform as a kid(scouting movement). My family is located in eastern ontario and I am very much a "Valley boy". Currently looking at moving a little further out from town to set up a small self-sufficient lifestyle but with some conveniences.

hi all i am new to prepping but i want to start out the right way i am looking to buy some land up north to build a last stand hold out so if any one knows of links to sites better then mls.ca maybe something with preppers in mind for their listings

Just got involved in prepping about 1 yr ago. Have always had some kind of emergency stock on hand, but just really got some of it organized last year. Finally have Go Bags in house and all vehicles, as well as each member of household. Look forward to reading more.

Want to learn what else I can do to become as prepped as possible. Have grown up in the rural area, so gardening, seed harvesting, canning, hunting, fishing, trapping, preparing hides into leather are things I know like the back of my hand. I'm sure there is much more I need to know but do not right now. Hope to learn alot from this site.
